Programs for Children

Often times, a child may be the only member of their family with hearing loss. They may be the only student in a classroom,grade, or entire school system with this disability. They may feel different and fall into social isolation and withdraw from activities. Hearing loss should not define them. CHI hosts social events for children with hearing loss to give them an opportunity to make new friends and share experiences with others who know what they are going through.
